We will happily accept returned merchandise in its original packaging. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. Any shipping costs is at the customers expense. If you would like to make a return, please email info@littleluba.com with the subject line RETURN and we will send you directions for your return at your expense. We will issue your order refund in the original payment method once received.
